At GVSK Nutri Foods, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work for purchases made on our Site.
1Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@gvsknutra.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
If we cancel your order (due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), a full refund will be initiated automatically.
2Returns
Since our products are health, wellness, and consumable in nature, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or expired
The wrong product was delivered
The product packaging was tampered with or opened at the time of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
✕Products opened, used, or with broken seals (for hygiene and safety reasons, as these are consumable wellness products)
✕Change of mind after delivery
✕Issues reported after the return window has closed
3Return Window
Any issue with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
Order number
Photo/video of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
4Refund Process
Once your return request is approved after verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI; you will be asked to share your bank details for this purpose.
5Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a replacement or a refund as per Section 2.
6Non-Refundable Items
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part (wrong/damaged item shipped).
Promotional or discounted items purchased during sale offers may not be eligible for return/refund unless defective.
